      • The combined chlorine (CC) was measured to be 1.47ppm. Please keep the CC as low was possible (at least under 1.0ppm) to reduce bather skin and mucous membrane irritation.
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • The anti-entrapment plan has not been updated with the new cover details. A copy of the AHS anti-entrapment plan template will be emailed along with this report. Please complete the plan and submit to the undersigned PHI for review.

      • Water sample (26ES-139E00008) collected on May 19th, 2026, came back unsatisfactory as the HPC level was elevated to >57,000CFU/mL. The maximum acceptable concentration is 100CFU/mL. Please resample the swimming pool as soon as possible.

      • The Wier in the skimmers were placed upside down which was preventing proper skimming of water.The weir was placed in proper alignment by the operator.-Please ensure that the weir in the skimmers is placed in proper alignment to allow skimming of water.
