      • The channel deck drain along the east and SE corner of the deck is not sitting flush and had a lip creating a hazard to patrons. Adjust the deck grating to remove the hazard. Joe confirmed that parts have been ordered.

      • Sections of the channel grates on the deck are sitting recessed in the drain and leaves a raised edge of the tile where someone could trip or cause an injury. Operator adjusted grates to correct the immediate concern. Assess and adjust the grating so that it sits flush to prevent a raised edge.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Soap dispenser in the shower has been removed. Install a new liquid soap dispenser in the changeroom shower stall.
