      • The microbiological water sample result collected on April 2, 2026 and April 9, 2026 was unsatisfactory: Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated. Operator confirmed that the chemical feed pump for chlorine was malfunctioning and requires replacement. The pool has been closed until chemical feed pump has been replaced and a satisfactory microbiological result is received.
    • 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
      • The microbiological water sample result collected on April 2, 2026 and Apeil 9, 2026 was unsatisfactory: HPC >100 CFU/mL. Operator confirmed that the chemical feed pump for chlorine was malfunctioning and requires replacement. The pool has been closed until chemical feed pump has been replaced and a satisfactory microbiological result is received.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • Maintenance manager noted that the pH probe for the controller required replacing as it was found to be causing erroneous readings that lead to the chemical controller overfeeding during the weekend. Operators have since installed a new pH probe and corrected the issue with the system.* Flow switch was not working at time of inspection when the flow to the flow cell was turned off. Clean or replace the flow switch so that chemical feed does not occur when flow to the system is stopped.
