      • The FAC was measured to be 1.40 ppm which is lower than the required 2.0 ppm. The operator indicated that he would add some more chlorine to the whirlpool. Please ensure the free available chlorine is maintained at a level of at least 2.0 ppm at all times. Ensure no one uses the whirlpool until this level is reached.

      • The alkalinity was measured at 21 ppm. Please ensure the alkalinity of the whirlpool is maintained between 60 - 180 ppm at all times.

      • The deck around the whirlpool was not clean. There was a bandaid and other debris noted on the ground close to the whirlpool.

      • There was a chipped tile on the stairs for the whirlpool. The piece that had broken off was on the bottom of the whirlpool. Please remove the piece of tile from the whirlpool and ensure the edges of the broken tile are not sharp. The tile will need to be replaced.
