Operator indicates pool was drained, scrubbed, backwashed and re-balanced prior to the sample just being taken. Recommend to follow shock chlorination procedures again and pay attention to scrubbing biofilm. Operator indicates they will shock chlorinate today and re-sample tomorrow. Let operator know if next sample fails, it would lead to hot tub closure.
