      • Sem-critical tools used for pedicure and manicure services was disinfected using High Level Disinfectant.Operator was following the manufacturer's instructions for reuse period of High-Level Disinfectant.Testing logs and test strips were not available.Testing logs were provided during the inspection.Make sure to obtain the required test strips (AHP 7) to ensure routine testing of HLD.Note: pH test strips are not suitable for testing HLD.
