      • There is no cleaning step before disinfection for the reusable tweezers. Please clean reusable tool with soap and water, rinse and then dried before soaking them into the CS20 for disinfection.

      • CS20 is changed weekly but concentration of the solution is not monitored for reuse. Please obtain appropriate test strip to test the CS20. Monitor and record results. An electronic copy of the monitoring log was provided at time of visit.
