Two wall mounted paper towel holders are expected to arrive on Feb 22, 2025.

      • There were no paper towel holder or dispenser by the hand sink in the service room and the washroom.Store paper towels in an appropriate holder or dispenser.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • 1) A low-level disinfectant was not available for non-critical equipment such as hair combs for hairstyling.2) The ready to use cleaner and disinfectant did not have an expiration date.Replace with an unexpired disinfectant. The expiration date must be clearly visible. Barbicide can be used for hairstyling equipment.3) The operator stated that disinfection of tools was performed prior to cleaning.Clean, rinse, dry then disinfect. Drying is required to prevent dilution of disinfectant.4) Comedone extractor for facial was being disinfected with an intermediate level disinfectant.Options 1: Obtain a high-level disinfectant and test strips. A high level disinfectant log must be maintained, orOption 2: Discontinue the use comedone extractors and other semi-critical equipment.
