    • Medical Officer of Health (M.O.H.) notified of intent to supply water/ resume supply of water and notified of the identity of the licensed laboratory to be used by the operator for water testing
      • Fail to notify M.O.H. of proposed supply date prior to supplying water to users
    • An operator has been designated and trained to safely operate the system
      • Owner to ensure operator trained as required by the M.O.H. in operation, maintenance, safety and emergency procedures
