- Pool permit could not be located. Is to be posted in a conspicuous area.
- 08. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool premises providing a safe environment (Non-Critical)?
- No secondary containment being provided for the chlorine and the acid containers. Please provide secondary containment.
- 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- The deck surfacing is chipping off in areas and could pose an abrasion/cut hazard. Needs to be repaired and deck needs to be relatively smooth so water is not accumulating in areas on the deck and is easily cleanable.*This has been an outstanding violation for over a year.*
- 11. Does the pool premises have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
