   • 10. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Non-Critical)?
     • The basin had a blue-green tinge to the water, despite the water being perfectly clear. This was in strong contrast with the neighbouring East Whirlpool, which had water normal in appearance. PHI suspected an early algae growth due to the colouration and suggested algaecide in addition to planned floculant.

     • Written incident responses available onsite at time of inspection did not differentiate between formed and loose stool incidents, and did not properly outline steps to take if the stool was loose.
