What a clean record means

Every inspection on record for this facility ended with no infractions. That means the inspector did not find problems with instrument cleaning and sterilization, hand hygiene or general sanitation on those visits. An inspection is a snapshot of a single day, so it is still worth checking the date of the latest visit.
