      • November 25th: High level disinfectant was not available on site. The facility had Intermediate level disinfectant (Accel TB RTU disinfectant). High level disinfectant testing log sheet was not being kept. High level disinfectant test strips were available. ACTION REQUIRED:- Purchase a high-level disinfectant for disinfecting the gel nail tools. - Ensure that you maintain disinfectant records using the templates. - Ensure that you follow the manufacturer's instruction for use.

ACTION REQUIRED:- Purchase test strips for the high-level disinfectant- Ensure that you maintain disinfectant records using the template sent with this report.- Ensure that you follow the manufacturer's instruction for use, especially the contact time, reuse period and completely immersing tools inside the disinfectant.

      • There is no sink available that can be used for tools reprocessing. The washroom hand sink and kitchen sink does not meet the requirements for reprocessing and cannot be used.
