      • 1. Waterslide leak at a new area of the slide. Please repair the new leak2. Peeling paint above the pool ceiling, and also new paint is peeling. Please find a permanent solution to this issue to prevent paint peeling out into the pool.

      • 1) A patch of peeling paint was observed near the waterslide. The operators are aware or the peeling paint and have plans to repair it. 2) A leak was observed coming from the waterslide. Please repair the leak and ensure the waterslide is in good condition. The operators were also aware of the leak and have plans to repair it.

      • The records indicated a pH of 7.8 which is too high. No corrective action was stated in the records. Ensure all corrective action is recorded.

      • There was no hot water in the shower in the women's changing room.**Please ensure that the showers are equipped with hot water with temperature between 35 to 45 degrees C.

      • There was no documentation of the visual check of the pool basins.**Ensure that a visual check of the pool basins is completed daily and recorded on log sheet.
