      • pH was recorded to be: 8.14, 8.07, 7.71, 7.79 (tested multiple times during inspection). This pH is too high; pH is to be maintained between 6.8-7.6. Operator temporarily closed the pool while they began manually adding acid to the pool to lower the pH. As well Ecolab was called to come service the automatic controller.

      • The automated controller was reading the pH was high (reading 7.81, set point: 7.35) but was not pumping acid or displaying an error message/alarm. Ecolab was called and arrived while the PHI was on-site to service the automatic controller. The pool is to be kept closed until the automatic controller can be fixed and the pH of the basin is within range (6.8-7.6).
