      • There is no chlorine in the sanitizing step of the manual dishwashing setup in this food vendor booth. In order to reduce potential pathogens on the dishes they must be washed, rinsed and then sanitized in 1 100 ppm chlorine solution for 2 minutes. Ensure there is always 100 ppm chlorine solution for sanitizing dishes.
