      • PHI water test results were,Total Alkalinity was 43 - UNSATISFACTORYCombined Chlorine was 0.34 ppmTotal Chlorine was 4.14 ppmCorrective action - Total alkalinity needs to be in the range of 60 - 180 ppm for providing pH stability. Please adjust as necessary.

      • The water sample collected on June 16, 2026 for the Whirlpool, had these results: - Total Coliforms - Absent - Pseudomonas - ISOLATED - HPC 90 CFU/mLThis is an Unsatisfactory result.This was discussed with the pool operator.The Whirlpool will need to be CLOSED immediately, complete the Pseudomonas protocols, re-balance the water chemistry, the Whirlpool can then be re-opened to the public and then resample on Tues June 23, 2026.

      • The water sample collected on March 17, 2026 had the following results: - Total Coliforms - Absent - Pseudomonas - ISOLATED - HPC 10 CFU/mLThis is an unsatisfactory result.This was discussed with the operator, to close the Whirlpool immediately.Follow the Pseudomonas Response Protocols.Once those are completed the whirlpool water chemistry can be re-balanced and then the whirlpool can re-open to the public.Resample on next Tuesday.

      • The water sample collected on Dec 16, 2025, from the whirlpool had the following results: - Total Coliforms - ABSENT - Pseudomonas - ISOLATED - HPC - 10 CFU/mLThis is an unsatisfactory result.Corrective ActionsImmediately close the whirlpool to public access.Implement the Pseudomonas Response Protocol as per established guidelines.After completing the Pseudomonas Response Protocol and re-balancing the whirlpool water chemistry to proper levels, the whirlpool may be re-opened to the public (since this is the first unsatisfactory result).Collect a resample on the next regular sampling day.

      • The water sample collected on Dec 30, 2024 from the whirlpool had the following results: - Total Coliforms - ABSENT - Pseudomonas - ISOLATED - HPC - 60 CFU/mLThis is an unsatisfactory result.Corrective Actions:a) immediately close the whirlpool from public access.b) follow the Pseudomonas Response protocol.c) once the Pseudomonas response protocol has been completed and the whirlpool water chemistry is re-balanced to proper levels - the whirlpool can be re-opened to the public ( as this is just the first unsatisfactory result ).d) resample on the regular sampling day next week.

      • The automatic reader indicates that pH is at 7.0 when we have tested it at pH is at 7.51. Operator records are also closer to PHI readings. Operator should look into calibrating this issue.

      • The water sample collected on Nov 21, 2023 had the following result: - Total Coliforms - ABSENT - Pseudomonas - NOT ISOLATED - HPC 1230 CFU/mLThis is an unsatisfactory result due to the HPC being greater than 100 CFU/mL.PHI spoke with the pool operator Kelly. - the whirlpool will be closed - it will be shock chlorinated overnight - the water chemistry will be rebalanced the next morning - the public can then have access to the whirlpool - resample can be submitted next Tuesday, on the regular sampling day.
