- Foot paddles were being disinfected by spraying with an intermediate level disinfect PreEMPT RTU, instead of soaking in a high-level disinfectant.- Staff poured CS20 disinfectant in a bigger container and disinfected all the clean foot paddles by soaking them in the solution. - Ensure that all semi-critical tools are disinfected in a high level disinfectant.
