    • 13. Is single-use or uncleanable equipment being used as intended (Critical)?
      • Roll on wax rollers were being reused, and holder was covered with wax. Owner changes the top roller and uses the wax on the next client. Discard the wax and top roller after each client.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • 1) Tweezer, scissors and pusher were not disinfected after washing. PREempt CS20 expired January 22, 2020, and bottle was still full.Provide new PREempt CS20 to disinfect the facial tools. 2) Facial machine probes were not disinfected. PREempt RTU expired June 2020, and bottle was still full and large bucket of Zytec disinfectant wipes expired December 2021. Provide new disinfectant to disinfect the machine probes3) Clear vinyl cover on top of the table sheets was covered in stains/wax.Vinyl cover can't be cleaned and disinfected properly. Remove and use bed sheets and change after each client or use the table directly and clean and disinfect after each client with bare skin touching. 4) Processing sink was replaced with a hair washing sink. No sink available to process the tools.Install another sink to process the tools.5) Debris was found on the Double-head Eyelash Comb and Brush.Clean and disinfect after use.
