- a) CS 20 failed concentration test in one of the two soaking trays.b) No test strips were provided to verify concentration of CS20c) Only one disinfection log was kept for two soaking trays. The disinfection log provided onsite was not up to date.d) Foot scrapper does not fit in the provided soaking trays.Corrective action:a) Discard the failed test disinfectant in the soaking tray. DONEb) Provide test strips for CS 20c) Provide disinfection logs separately for each soaking tray, test concentration on daily basis and maintain up to date log.d) Tool must be fully immersed in the disinfectant. Use a bigger tray/container for the foot scrapper.
