- Lash tweezers had debris on the heads.-Operator must fully clean tweezers before disinfection-Clean all tweezers and storage box before next use

- 1) Operator was using a tall jar to soak tools for disinfection step. Jar was not filled high enough to immerse the tool completely.-Tools must be fully immersed in disinfectant-Operator has a tray-style box, will use this instead to disinfect tools2) Operator reported soaking tools in CS20 for 15 minutes.-Operator must follow manufacturer's instructions for disinfection (immersion for 20 minutes)
