     • Three sharps containers are present and stored away from client access in the service area. One container was overfilled and operator safely adjusted contents to place them fully in the container (non-sharp end was extending beyond the opening). A new container was present for use. Please ensure containers are not filled beyond 3/4 full and all contents are completely submerged in the container to prevent accidental exposure to contaminated items.
