      • Dirty hair residues were observed in one of the facility's wax containers.-Please do not double dip to prevent product bulk contamination. Wax applicator is single-use disposable equipment, use just once and discard.The indicated wax container was removed during the inspection.

      • 1. The waxing station was dirty, covered with hair residues.-Please clean and sanitize the indicated area and ensure sanitary condition.2. Hair roller trays and salon surfaces were covered with layer of hair residues.Please clean and sanitize the salon surfaces and storage trays, and ensure they are maintained in sanitary condition.
