- Handwashing sink must be fully stocked with paper towel and soap in a dispenser. Please stock all handwashing sinks and washroom sinks.

- Items in barbicide must be fully submerged, you must fully fill the containers up so combs can be fully submerged. Observed all containers to be filled 1/2 way up.
- 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
- Facility requires a deep clean in hard to reach areas, please clean behind equipment, underneath, corners of walls and high touch surface areas.
