      • At time of inspection:1. The anti-entrapment plan submitted indicates that the main drain covers have a 5-year expiry. Installation of the main drain covers (according to the anti-entrapment plan) were installed on August 24, 2018.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Replace all main drain covers. Ensure they are installed as per the manufacturer's requirements.
