- A personal services vendor notification was not received. Please be advised to submit a personal services notification to AHS at least 30 days prior to the event.
- 08. Is hand hygiene performed by the personal services worker when required, in a proper manner and are provisions available to perform hand hygiene?
- A hand sanitizer did not have a DIN or NPN number or hand washing station was not present at the vendor booth. The operator indicated that they would use washroom hand washing sinks for hand washing purposes. Please acquire an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with minimum of 60% alcohol content along with DIN or NPN number.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- 1. A disinfectant to disinfect work surfaces was not observed. Please acquire a disinfectant. 2. A disinfectant to disinfect hair tool was not observed. The operator indicated that they would get barbicide to disinfect hair tools.Please do not provide styling services.
