      • Written procedure templates for cleanings skin, accidental injury, and post client care were available onsite, but not completed. - Complete the above noted written procedures and obtain onsite for review.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • Porous cover on massage table noted. Massage table had a surface that was easily cleanable and impervious to moistures. - Ensure environmental surfaces are easily cleanable and/or removed for laundering after waxing services. Operator removed cover stating she will clean massage table with at least a low level disinfectant after each use.
