- Written procedures were not available on-site at the time of the inspection. Please email copies of the written procedures for cleansing, antiseptic, accidental skin cut or puncture, and after care.

- Pillow used at the facility did not have a waterproof cover and was stained.- Ensure pillow has waterproof case or is removed from the area. - Use smooth, durable, non-absorbent, and easy to clean pillowcases.
- 24. Are waste sharps disposed of properly?
- Sharps container was over-filled at the time of the inspection.- Operator was able to replace it with an empty sharps container.- Make sure sharps container are not over-filled and discarded appropriately.
