- Automated Aquatics has completed the anti-entrapment plan - Jan 2024. Leisure pool recirc - 1 pump, 2 floor SOFAs. Expired Sept 2023. Two, Waterway 640-4790V 9 x 9” ANSI/APSP 16, 2011Max flow 289 gpm. Armstrong 3x2x10 4030 5 HP - Max flow of pump 205 gpm using flow meter. Frame and cover install method. No cracks in frame. Proper hardware used. Cover is not damaged. Certificate of conformity –provided for 9 x 9 grate 640-479X V for VGB 2008 and VGB 2017Water Slide Wall outlets for slide – two, 12” x 12” Unknown make/model - not approved. No information available. No max flow known for covers.Armstrong 8x6x10 4030 5 HP Max flow of 1015 gpm using pump curve . Max pump flow as per pump curve is 1015 gpm. Action1) Pool is monitored and there are designated staff for the leisure pool as there is no known information of wall SOFAs for slide. 2) Replace covers in leisure pool. Once flow is determined/controlled then approved covers that meet or exceed max flow rating of pump are required - provide a completed Certificate of Conformity. New SOFA covers will be installed starting March 27. Some of the pool basin surface needs to be removed so that new mud rings can be installed for the new covers. Operator is aware that anti-entrapment plan will need to be updated, and a copy provided to EPH. Certificates of compliance must be filled out and included in the updated plan.

- Pseudomonas isolated from Feb 14, 24 sample. Spoke and emailed, manager, Kari. Modified pseudomonas protocols will be followed ie. scrubbing basin, backwashing and superchlorination. Pool was closed until pseudomonas protocol is complete. Will resample as usual this week.
