      • Single use disposable buffing blocks and emery boards for nail services were reused between clients. Reused items were in a visibly dirty condition.

      • Reusable non-critical and semi-critical equipment were not disinfected between each client service.- Preempt CS20 high level disinfectant and AHP 7 test strips were available but the bottle and package had not been opened.PHI demonstrated to the operator on how to use the disinfectant and AHP 7 test strips that were already onsite.* A dedicated disinfection immersion tray was not available at the time of inspection. A shallow vase was temporarily used to immerse reusable equipment for disinfection. Please immediately purchase a more appropriate vessel that will allow full immersion of reusable equipment.
