- 2024: Ongoing issues with missing tiles despite periodic repairs. Areas where tiles are missing can be a physical hazard and cause injury. Adjust water chemistry so water is less corrosive (add alkalinity) and ensure basin is maintained in good repair.2022: Tiles were missing from the basin's steps, center seating area, and the deck around the basin. Please replace or repair the tiles to prevent injury and allow for proper cleaning and disinfection of the basin. 2020: Tiles were damaged/missing on basin floor in a few areas and around center seating area (interior of whirlpool). Please repair/replace damaged tiles.

Please replace or repair the tiles to prevent injury and allow for proper cleaning and disinfection of the basin. 2020: Tiles were damaged/missing on basin floor in a few areas and around center seating area (interior of whirlpool). Please repair/replace damaged tiles.

- Pool chemistry logs were reviewed. It was identified that alkalinity was not being tested weekly and recorded into the log. Please add a column for alkalinity and ensure staff are measuring this property on a weekly basis.
