      • The pH was 8.02.Ensure pH is maintained within 6.8 -7.6

      • The combined chlorine was OR(out of range), done twice and even after diluting water on the new photometric kit.Ensure C.C is reduced to the barest minimum.

      • The automated chemical feeder was not in good working condition. The display screen was empty.Ensure the automated controller is in good working condition and can adequately monitor chlorine and pH at all times.

      • The CPO was not available for manual testing. Staff was supposed to make daily record from the automated controller which was not in good working condition nor had chemical readings.Ensure operating parameters are manually tested and recorded at least twice daily.
