Flexi clean and preempt RTU used to disinfect client areas surfaces and pedicure basins had expired since December 2023 and May 2024.-Please do not use expired products, procure and use effective disinfectants to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and equipment.2. Reusable semi-critical equipment such as nail clippers and cuticle cutters were not cleaned and disinfected proper, the high-level disinfectant, preempt CS20, was being diluted with alcohol.-Please use high-level disinfectant as directed by the manufacturer, adhering to usage guidelines.If the high-level disinfectant will be used for more than one day, please provide the appropriate test strip to monitor its concentration and ensure test results are documented as required.
