Thorough cleaning required on routine basis to minimize accumulation.Excess soil/dust accumulation evident on side room shelving, thorough cleaning required. All surfaces in this room must be clean/impervious to moisture so as to be easily cleaned/sanitized.

- Non-essential items stored in public washroom (i.e. plant starter unit), to be removed.Appears as though used/soiled hand towels stored in basket near sink. Soiled towels to be removed, only clean, folded towels to be stored here, in a manner that ensures single use by salon patrons.

- Pet cat and dog present in personal services facility at time of site visit. This practice in NOT permitted at any time. All pets must be confined to the rear living quarters at all times. If this cannot be done, the fabric curtain separating the front salon and rear living quarters must be replaced with a solid wall and door.
