- Two bottles of hand sanitizer expired on October 31, 2025. The expired hand sanitizers were replaced during the inspection. Ensure that hand sanitizers used have NPN/DIN, alcohol content between 60 and 90%, and are not expired.

- A product that was used for disinfection of the laser machine was not approved as a disinfectant (no DIN). Approved disinfectant (with DIN and disinfectant claim) is required.

- Sterility assurance documentation for all critical equipment used during each client service was not being retained.Going forward, the facility will be retaining log numbers, expiry dates for all pre-sterilized, critical equipment during every service with the client's records.
