      • Facility specific written procedures were not in place. Complete the following written procedures and ensure they are easily accessible for all staff. 1. The cleansing of skin and mucous membrane. 2. Client care in the event of an accidental cut or puncture.3. Decontamination of any sink that will be used for both handwashing and equipment reprocessing
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • 1-Silicone sealing at the handwashing sink in the NE facing room was not in good reapir, was peeling off the surface. Please repair / replace the sealing /caulking.2-There was open space under sink in the room. It was open due to plumbing installment in the new room. Please space is properly covered after the completion of the work to prevent the pest access.
