      • ORP on the controller was 465 and even though the setpoint was 730, the chlorine pump was not responding by pumping chlorine. As well, the pool logs showed over the last week that the free chlorine level when tested was <2ppm and chlorine needed to be manually added.

      • There is no clock in the pool area for bathers to determine their length of stay in the whirlpool. Clock to be installed.

Please repair. This could be what was observed as debris in the bottom of the whirlpool. There also appears to be what may be sand in the bottom of the whirlpool. Ensure the debris is cleaned out of the whirlpool, the laterals in the sand filters are in good condition and that backwashing is done in a manner to prevent sand from entering the pool water.
