- A build up of scale was noted along the lower runout of the water slide. In discussions with the manager he noted that the lower slide has a different coating that seems to accumulate the scale faster than the flumes. FMS is scheduled to conduct cleaning and repairs to the slide.

- 1. Some rust was noted around the deck drains adjacent to the deep end of the competition pool. Remove and treat as necessary.2. Exposed rebar on the slide tower was checked by CoE FMS and determined to be non-structural. Facility manager is aware and is continuing to monitoring for any further deterioration.
