      • All the drain covers (Jet and Circ) were updated in October 2025 when the tiles were replaced. Specs for the covers are kept onsite; anti-entrapment plan had not yet been updated to include the new specs/expiry dates for the new covers. - Please update the anti-entrapment plans.

      • Some of the reagents used to perform chemical testing on the pools were expired. - Please ensure all reagents used are within their expiry dates.

      • Some information was missing from the sanitation plan and safety and supervision plans. - Please ensure these plans are filled out to include all relevant information for the site.

      • Plans were on-site and available to staff - good. No water quality response plan for unsatisfactory bacteriological samples was noted- ensure you add instructions for staff if your pools come back positive for high HPC, coliforms or Pseudomonas. - A copy of your written plans may be submitted to our office for review.
