      • *Dust and debris were noted on the spa pedicure chair, inside the pedicure basin, and the jet inside the basin and its components- the fan impeller and its cover. Clean and disinfect all areas and equipment prior to the start of your operation. Ensure all parts of the pedicure basin jet including the fan impeller and cover are removed and fully cleaned and disinfected between each resident.May 8/26- Photo provided. Fan impeller was not removed. Discussed with operator the fan impeller is required to be removed for proper cleaning and disinfection.May 11/26- Operator still working on the correction the violation.
