- Written procedure must include accidental skin cut or puncture procedure, and cleansing of skin procedure for any service that may break skin.

- Discussed disinfection procedure. Instruments are not dried prior to immersion in the high-level disinfectant which can reduce the disinfectant efficacy by dilution. Owner will ensure procedures follow the labelled instructions with a drying step prior to disinfection.
