      • The high level disinfectant had expired in June 2025. The operator reported that she does not use the microdermabrasion machine often and will ensure that she obtains a new high level disinfectant prior to using the machine. High level disinfectant logs were not being maintained. Will email the operator a template for testing the high level disinfectant logs. Test strips were available.

      • The brow tints are to be used 12 months after opening. Discussed keeping track of and documenting the dates of opening the products.
