      • No antiseptic step prior to using lancet during facial extractions. **Ensure there is an antiseptic step after the cleansing step for facial extractions. **CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. FACILITY HAS BZK WIPES FOR ANTISEPETIC STEP.
    • 11. Is post-service care provided by personal service workers following any personal service or accident where a client's skin or mucous membrane is cut or punctured during a personal service, or when energy-emitting equipment is used?
      • No written aftercare instructions for microneedling. **Ensure there are written aftercare instructions provided to client.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Preempt RTU was expired in 2024. **Obtain new Preempt RTU. ***In meantime, Mr.Clean disinfectant is onsite and can be used to disinfectant non critical surfaces.

      • Lash lift silicon pads are being disinfected with Preempt RTU. **Please use a high level disinfectant for lash lift silicon pads such as HLD5. ***CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION.

    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The nail drill handles were not being disinfected. **Ensure handles are being disinfected after each use with a minimum low level disinfectant. Example: lysol wipes.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • A few tears were observed on a stool located in the far right hand massage room. **Repair. Ensure these areas are repaired with a smooth, easily cleanable and water resistant material.
