Flow rate of 114.3 gpm was exceeding the max allowable flow through the filter 107 gpm.- The flow rate was adjusted to 106 gpm at the time of inspection. The staff must be trained regarding the max flow and some preventive measures must be in place such as warning sign on the valve or valve position marking to prevent the flow increase by accident.
