- Operator did not mention cleaning of tools before disinfection, drying of tools before disinfection, and rinsing of tools after disinfection. Operator also stated tools would be soaked for 10 minutes or less.-Instructed operator to read manufacturer's instructions during inspection and reviewed. Tools are to be washed, rinsed, dried, and then soaked in disinfectant. After 20 minutes, the tools must be rinsed again before drying
