- Single-use nail files and sponges were observed to be retained for reuse. All single-use nail files were discarded at the time of inspection.

- 1) Reusable drill bits were stored without being properly cleaned and disinfected between clients.- All reusable drill bits must be cleaned and disinfected between each client use.2) Test strips to verify minimum effective concentration for high-level disinfectant were not available on-site. - Obtain and use Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide (AHP) test strips to monitor the effectiveness of the disinfectant solution for reuse period.
