      • Unacceptable antiseptic product was used for skin preparation - antiseptic product expired in August 2025. Acceptable antiseptic was available and will be used instead.

      • A sharp tool used for extractions during facials was reused. Ensure that all sharp tools used for extractions are discarded after one use. Discarded during the inspection.

      • No disinfectant was available for disinfection of the internal plumbing of head spa (water recirculated). Obtain an appropriate disinfectant to disinfect the internal plumbing between the clients.
