- *** Preempt CS20 was expired since October 28, 2020.*** Barbicide was not changed daily, as required by the manufacturer's instructions for use (MIFU).Corrective actions:- Discard expired Preempt CS20- Prepare fresh solution(s) of Barbicide each day the salon is in operation, as per the MIFU.

Corrective Actions:- Ensure each wax roller is not reused between two or more clients.- Wax rollers must be discarded after each client, or any leftover product may be labeled with the client's name to be used on the same client at their next appointment.
