      • The roll of paper towel is being left out on the sink.- Please ensure the paper towel is stored in a manner that it is protected from contamination (such as on a holder).

      • Foam nail files labelled as washable + sanitizable are being used up to two times.- Please ensure these foam nail files are only used on one client as these cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized.

      • Contaminated reusable equipment are not being stored in a manner that prevents soil from hardening. - Please ensure contaminated reusable equipment is stored in a manner that prevents soil from hardening if it is not cleaned immediately following a personal service.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • Two fabric chairs were being used for workers in the client service area. The surfaces of these chairs are not smooth, non-porous, easily cleanable.- These were replaced with leather chairs during the inspection.
