      • A wooden dispenser was reused to dispense sugar scrub from the bulk bin during service and left in the product after use.Corrective action:Either use disposable dispenser to scoop product from the bulk bin and discard after each scoop or portion sugar scrub in a small container and discard the left-over product in the small container after each use to prevent contamination of bulk product.
